We have no control of the package once it's been dispatched. We accept no responsibility for any damage sustained once an item has left out premises. 

Please keep the chocolates in a cool, dry location away from sunlight and heat. Our products do not contain any preservatives, please enjoy our products within few days of purchase.

While extra care and safety are always adhered to when handling allergens, please note we cannot guarantee that all of our products are 100% free from allergens (including dairy, eggs, soy, tree nuts, wheat and others) as these products are also prepared in our kitchen. We do not take any responsibility on customer's allergy.
